Information we collect

  • Account and contact details such as name, email, phone number, username, password credentials, role, organization, and communication preferences.
  • Athlete identity information such as profile photos, age range, sport, position, team, club, school, jersey number, location, highlights, stats, rankings, trophies, badges, and card details.
  • Parent or guardian information where needed to support youth athlete accounts, consent, registration, billing, communication, and safety workflows.
  • Usage, device, log, analytics, cookie, and approximate location information such as pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, referral source, and timestamps.
  • Payment and subscription information processed by payment providers; we do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on OVR servers.

How we use information

We use information to operate, personalize, protect, and improve OVR services.

  • Create and manage accounts, athlete profiles, digital cards, rankings, teams, tournaments, stats, recaps, and public identity pages.
  • Process purchases, subscriptions, registrations, support requests, notices, and platform communications.

Public and shared information

OVR is designed to showcase athlete identity and sports information. Some profile, card, ranking, team, tournament, trophy, recap, highlight, and content information may be public or shared with organizations, coaches, parents, scouts, fans, or other users depending on the product and privacy settings available.

Do not submit information you do not have permission to share. Parents, guardians, teams, and organizations are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and consents before submitting youth athlete information.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense. We may share information when needed to provide OVR, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or support business operations.

  • With teams, clubs, organizations, parents, coaches, and account administrators connected to your use of OVR.
