Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using OVR, operated by 17444818 CANADA INC., including athlete identity pages, digital cards, rankings, stat tracking, tournament coverage, and related services.

Agreement

By accessing or using OVR and related websites, applications, products, and services operated by 17444818 CANADA INC., you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use OVR.

OVR provides athlete identity, digital card, ranking, profile, stat tracking, tournament, team, and publishing tools for athletes, parents, coaches, clubs, organizations, scouts, and fans.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use OVR. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use OVR only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You may use OVR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of OVR creates risk, violates these terms, or harms the platform or its users.

  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or interfere with OVR systems.
  • Do not post false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or unlawful content.
  • Do not impersonate another person, submit inaccurate profile information, or access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use OVR to build or train a competing product without written permission.

Athlete data, rankings, and cards

OVR may display athlete profiles, digital cards, rankings, trophies, valuations, highlights, game data, tournament recaps, and related performance or identity information. Some information may be submitted by users, teams, organizations, data providers, or generated from platform activity.

Rankings, scores, valuations, badges, and similar features are informational and entertainment-oriented platform outputs. They are not guarantees of athletic ability, recruitment outcomes, scholarships, roster placement, financial value, or future performance.

User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit to OVR. By submitting, uploading, or publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating, improving, and marketing OVR services.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that the content does not violate the rights of any person or organization.

Platform content and intellectual property

OVR content, software, designs, logos, interfaces, data structures, graphics, card templates, rankings systems, and other platform materials are owned by OVR or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use OVR for its intended purpose. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

Payments and subscriptions

Some OVR products or services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees presented at purchase or subscription checkout. Fees, features, and availability may change, and recurring subscription changes will apply as described at the time of notice or renewal.

Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. Failed or refused payments may result in loss of access to paid services.

Third-party services

OVR may connect with or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, social networks, video platforms, or data providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, terms, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OVR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVR disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVR and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of use, data, business, revenues, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to OVR.

Termination

You may stop using OVR at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform, or used OVR in a way that harms users or the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of OVR after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
