How does OVR check whether a stream is live?
Twitch results come from its live-stream API. YouTube results are checked using live broadcast details or live indicators on the game’s public YouTube page. Each provider shows the time of its last successful check. Twitch checks are cached for three minutes and YouTube checks for fifteen minutes. A broadcast can end between checks.
Why might a Directive 8020 streamer be missing?
